Willing to train new sales people. This is a wonderful chance to work from home and earn as much as you can bring in with no one looking over your shoulder. This ia a sales position as earning means bringing in your own clients for new mortgages or refi's. Do you know Real Estate brokers? Do you have a wide circle of friends, family, neighbors, etc? If so, this is the job for you. Compensation is based on volume and who pays your licensing fee. (you can look on NMLS http://www.stateregulatoryregistry.org/NMLS//AM/Template.cfm?Section=Home3 to see licensing requirements) We have access to great warehouse lines of credit so our rates are always better than the banks (you determine how much you make on each loan) and have an excellent back office staff so you don't have to shuffle the documents. Once the client is submitted (online) you can move on to bringing in the next one. All work can be done by phone, email and fax. Meet the client at the closing!
