We are currently recruiting for virtual customer service agents and in-house call center representatives. This is a part-time, temporary assignment expected to last until the end of the year with no guarantee for further employment.
Customer service agents will be accepting in-bound phone calls from catering customers, placing catering orders and dealing with customer issues. The pay is $10 - $11 per hour and will require 10-40 hours of work per week depending on call volume. Transcriber, experienced, to work from home. We would prefer someone familiar with ftp sound file downloads and using Express Scribe or a similar transcription program. You must also have an excellent grasp of grammar and punctuation rules. This is a virtual position. You must be able and available to transcribe at least 4 hours of sound files a week.
