Work at Home and Call Center Customer Service Positions - Days (Denver Metro area)

We are currently recruiting for virtual customer service agents and in-house call center representatives. This is a part-time, temporary assignment expected to last until the end of the year with no guarantee for further employment.
Customer service agents will be accepting in-bound phone calls from catering customers, placing catering orders and dealing with customer issues. The pay is $10 - $11 per hour and will require 10-40 hours of work per week depending on call volume. As it gets closer to the holiday season, there will be a higher call volume and, therefore, more hours available to employees. Please note that a mandatory two week in-house training session will be held in the Lakewood/Golden area off of I-70 and Denver West Boulevard. (On-line training is not available.)
Please read the following requirements of the position. Consider whether or not this is a job you would be able to commit to for the duration and whether or not it fits into your schedule.
• Must be self-directed and self motivated.
• Must be able to type at least 35 wpm and have accurate data entry skills.
• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Intermediate computer and phone skills. Ability to toggle between and work within numerous programs at one time.
• Ability to communicate clearly, with a pleasant phone voice and proper use of grammar in a professional manner.
• Ability to operate and understand all department computer systems, phone system and applicable software
• Ability to work varying shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mon. – Fri. and at least one day each weekend.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must be available to work your assigned shifts the whole week of Thanksgiving including Thanksgiving day.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
The equipment requirements for the Virtual Customer Service Agents include:
• A home office environment free from noise and distractions.
• A PC (not a MAC) with Windows 2000 XP or greater.
• A Reliable high speed internet connection.
• A noise reducing/eliminating headset. (If you do not already have one, they will be available for purchase at training.)
