Role Description:
1 . Possess knowledge of Lawson Procurement
Suite applications (Requisition, Purchase Order,
Inventory Control, Invoice Matching) specific
configuration requirements / optimization.
2. Ability to asses current state operations and
recommend state-of-the-art solutions to current
operational challenges.
3. Ability to evaluate legacy system data and
create operational data (item masters, vendor
masters, etc) as required for Lawson system
functionality.
4. Provide input for future state design.
5. Support testing and training including all
process documentation as required.
6. Support weekly team meetings to be aware of
status and issues.

Candidate Requirements
1 ) Currently live or willing to relocate to the Chicago, IL area.
- Expert knowledge of one or more Lawson applications (Finance, Supply Chain,
Human Capital Management) from a technical and functional perspective in release 8
and/or 9.
- Experience in Lawson System Administration, Security Administration, Custom
Programming Development, Conversions Development, Process Flow Development,
Maintaining Standard Lawson Code (either in COBOL or JavaScript), on-site customer
training at healthcare clients.
- Experience in the utilization of relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL or
IBM DB2.
- Good working knowledge of desktop applications such as MS-Office, and MS
Project.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong experience in developing client presentations, project plans, status reports
and documentation. F22
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or
equivalent work experience
