Flash Ad Designer Needed...work with Hot Models

We are a high-end LA Photography Studio that needs an edgy, extremely talented, detail oriented flash designer, with quick turn around times, to develop high impact flash banners ads with model subjects (non-nude). You don't need to live in the LA area (work remotely).
May lead to additional work...after initial project.
