C# guru and complex code geek (Chicago)

We are looking for C# geeks who can help us extend an extremely complex application for semantic processing of large amounts of text. The system is based on a complex adaptive system architecture and uses genetic algorithms to extract meaning. You don't need to know about that. You just need to know about building large scale, enterprise ready, and highly scalable applications that are elegant. This project is ongoing. You need to like to be exposed to new ways of coding and thinking about application development. You have to have a strong background in building C#/.Net applications including responsibility for architecture and leading teams of developers.

We are less concerned about specific skill sets besides strong background in C#. Instead, we want candidates who can prove they are 'geeks' and candidates that can show they love deal with complex computer problems. If you fit that criteria....apply.
