We are a local real estate group that is seeking to grow our company. So, we are looking
for savvy, hardworking individuals to help us find properties. Whether it is someone you know
already or someone you just met...we would like to talk to them. Our company offers several
options to clients, such as:
1) helping them to prevent foreclosure
2) buying fast with cash
3) increasing property value by 20%-30% for apartment owners
"Our commitment is to create a win-win situation for everyone."
So, how does it work?
We are looking for people to simply refer us to these property owners...and we do the rest!
Then, once the transaction closes, we pay you a referral fee (typically between $500-$1000).
Larger deals, like commercial real estate or apartments over 12 units will definitely be rewarded.
Imagine receiving a check for simply introducing us to someone, who might need help finding
a solution for their property! There is no commitment required and no fee to pay. You work
your own hours and bring us a referral whenever you can.

**If you are a real estate agent with a short sale listing, please ask about our special program,
where you can make between 4.5-9% commission per deal.**
