JustUsedTires.com offers an online inventory management system for resellers of used tires, referrals of buyer inquiries to resellers and online advertising of used tire inventory.
This is a contract position which pays 25% commission. Most accounts will be sold at $100, yielding a $25 commission. Customer payments are made through Paypal and we pay our sales reps via Paypal within 72 hours of customer sale and submittal of invoice by sales rep for goods sold.
This is a telecommuting position with no travel required. Sales reps will be required to:
• demonstrate how JustUsedTires.com works to prospective customers
• assist prospective customers account sign up and payment
• have their own computer with high-speed internet access
• a headset with a mic for their computer
• log calls to leads in a CRM tool provided

Research Associate Position
Work from home & supplement your income by updating information pertaining to Commercial Real Estate properties throught DFW. The position includes collecting information on lease rental rates, occupancy levels and selling price information on retail, office & industrial buildings, from Commercial Real Estate Brokers, individual leasing agents, and owners. Internet access is required, preferably high speed, along with the ability to make long distance phone calls. The ideal candidate should have a very outgoing personality, with the ability to communicate with people who might be reluctant to give information. This postition is also very detail oriented, so being able to focus on certain criteria is imperative. Also the ability to research for phone #’s is crucial.
This is not a selling position, just information gathering. Experience with Commercial Real Estate is preferable, but not required. Training will be held at our office in Addison.

We are looking for a replacement bookkeeper for our small, one year year old company. We utilize Quickbooks and just need someone for invoicing, reconciling bank statements, updating the books, and following up with customers.
