Hiring Immediately: Boutique online advertising agency in the North Dallas/Plano/Richardson area is seeking a new business development person to acquire new accounts interested in establishing interactive sales channels or increasing the sophistication of their existing online marketing efforts.
We are a boutique agency, with well-known clients, that excel in creating comprehensive interactive plans, as well as executing and optimizing campaigns at the highest levels. Our team consists of experts in their categories, with long-standing experience in interactive roles since the 1990s.
Our full-service firm focuses exclusively on interactive marketing, including paid search, natural search engine optimization (SEO), banner campaigns, affiliate channels, email reputation and marketing, social marketing and online reputation, mobile media and specialized online sponsorships.
We are seeking an experienced sales person, with an interactive background, to help build our client base. A deep rolodex will be a huge plus and part-time work can be done from your home office. There is great opportunity for someone willing to grow with us, including managing the growth of your department and having significant financial upside through performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years related Business Development (Sales) leadership experience with a focus on new account acquisition
- Achieved individual and team sales goals
- Knowledge of interactive marketing
- Local Dallas-Fort Worth employees only.
SKILLS:
- Persuasive communication, presentation, and sales skills. Excellent analytical skills and ability to problem solve independently
- Action-oriented and self-motivated to move expeditiously to achieve aggressive sales goals
