Reserach and Outreach Coordinator (Seattle-area)

Radical-Inclusion is a virtual start-up, founded by six consultants living in five countries. In this position you will work side-by-side with one or two of our founders, who have more than 25 years of marketing, strategic planning and organizational management experience. You will gain experience and learn how to apply business principles in a start-up situation. A successful candidate will get hands-on experience matched to their capabilities and interests, and be able to connect with our professional networks in five countries. We will provide free coaching for our intern in any of the areas in which we have expertise which include, but are not limited to:
* marketing
* investing and finance
* organizational training and development
* psychology and group behavior
* management consulting
* business strategy development
* change management
* leadership development
This is an ideal position for business management students in their final year of college, first year in MBA students, an under-employed person with business or marketing skills trying to re-enter the market place.
This is a unpaid intern position. A capable intern will have the ability to become involved with our projects. In return we ask that you be a reliable partner with creative ideas and a solid work ethic.
Job duties include helping to do web data collection for research purposes, documenting and synthesizing research and assisting with web outreach primarily on Wiser Earth, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Our ideal candidate will be able to develop an approach (with support) to data gathering, enjoy documenting findings, be creative, like people, care about positive social change and have excellent written communication skills.
6-8 hours/week, flexible times and days.
