I am currently seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Business Development Contractor to assist me with generating new business (job orders for open positions).
I am looking for someone who can generate leads, prospect and hunt aggressively, identify opportunities and sell my specialized Recruiting Service to new clients.
I offer a lot of flexibility plus unlimited commissions!

Essential Functions:
• Bring in new clients and open job orders to fill (prior clients of Dali & Associates will not be included)
* Prospect, generate leads and make cold call to business owners and explain how Dali & Associates can help them find the perfect candidate in the least amount of time
• Get client to open a job order with Dali & Associates – I will work directly with the client and candidate on the job opening from there
* Accomplish sales goals as determined
Qualifications:
• MUST have at least 3-5 years of outside selling and cold calling experience
• MUST have prior experience and able to consult and network with directors of HR, Office Managers, CEOs, and others in a professional manner
• Successful and stable sales track record
• Aggressive prospecting ability to find and generate new business
• A winning and entrepreneurial attitude with a great personality!
** Excellent customer service skills!
