Seeking a gifted go getter who can take initiative, solve problems, manage up, and also handle the minutia and muck for the founder of 3taps – a pre-beta launch for instant exchanges of goods and services utilizing Twitter infrastructure. Ideal candidate is facile with people, numbers, writing, and project management, and won’t blanche at having to tackle administrative minutia. Neither technical nor accounting/financial skill are a prerequisite, but the more one is comfortable with those topics, the better. Possibility of an expanded role down the track but for the time being, you need to be able to:

- Schedule and prepare for meetings
- Set up and maintain email accounts
- Oversee to do lists and other project management tasks
- Book keeping and some financial chores
- Banking
- Basic research

This is an experienced team that’s “been to the show” before. Leadership of the biz is bay area based. We do have office space, but the work effort is largely virtual with pieces coming together from contributors in far flung places. Initial commitment of 20 hours a week that will grow if you can carve more areas of value added and run with them.

  • Compensation: Compensation is $20 per hour with a contingent bonus component (cash/stock/options) if/when further funding rounds occur (same deal for other folks working at the biz).
  • Telecommuting is ok.
  • This is a part-time job.
