Real Estate Analyst needed to comp property values (Bay Area)

We are a small Real Estate Investment company looking for an licensed real estate professional to help "comp" properties in and around the Bay Area. MUST be able to ACCURATELY determine values based on professional experience and MLS data. Expertise should be around Peninsula area and San Francisco area. Knowledge of Alameda county a plus. We do not need a CMA. Only need the closest approximate property value.
*Must have access to San Mateo, San Francisco MLS
*Paragon MLS helpul
*Must be available between hrs of 9am-2pm /Work to done remotely
*Communication over email and telephone a must
Average amount of homes can vary day to day (5-15). Other opportunities available upon experience.
Compensation is $5.00 per property
