Current Opportunity:

We have an established client base in this territory, including some of the biggest names in medicine. This is a unique opportunity for a RBDM with proven skills in managing revenue growth, new business development, and client management to bring those skills to a winning team. Backed by skilled Consultants, Technologists, and Project Managers, the RBDM will lead the development of new business within the territory and the area’s largest corporations.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience selling eLearning, business information technology/CRM consulting services and solutions, preferably e-Learning solutions, to Fortune 1000 corporations. Interact Medical is looking for a professional with a history of success and achievement in the eLearning, Consulting, and Systems Integration industry.

Description:
Your primary responsibility is the generation of new business to the Biotech/Life Sciences sector.

The ideal individual should have prior sales experience from one of the large IT consulting firms, top eLearning organizations: The BDM must have experience establishing and strengthening relationships at the executive level. The BDM must be a skilled negotiator, able to articulate how the value of the benefits of the solution outweigh the client's objections, and come to a comfortable purchase decision which delivers business results and is profitable for Interact Medical. The BDM must have a demonstrated track record of attaining ($1-4M+) annual revenue goal, selling professional IT services, eLearning and solutions to new clients. This is a “hunter” role.

Key Qualifications:
Previous experience in selling Consulting Services and Information Technology solutions, preferably eLearning solutions, to Fortune 1000 corporations. Experience in "Solutions Sales". At least 8-10 years’ experience and proven track record of sales success, gaining account entry and developing relationships at Senior Executive levels/”C” levels, in large, enterprise accounts e.g., $500M+ accounts. Aggressive new business development style and strong comfort level in opportunity development and cold calling. Action-oriented, results -oriented, a "take charge" attitude, strong business case development and closing skills. A proven track record of driving new client revenues in excess of $1-4 million annually. Demonstrated leadership in managing long sales cycles, negotiating and closing large, customized deals. Strong executive presence and professional image. A team player: someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team oriented culture.


• 8-10 years consultative B-to-B sales experience and strong accomplishments in selling eLearning and multimedia. Experience with the biotech sectors is a plus.

• Experience selling service projects and contracts in the $50,000 to $250,000+ range.

• Candidates should be able to quickly acquire, apply and articulate comprehensive knowledge of multimedia training for Biotech/Life Sciences.

• Excellent skills in oral and written communications.

• Must have a minimum of 12 months in current position

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a business related field, life sciences knowledge a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality.

• Able to develop strong relationships at the senior executive and C levels.

• Strong business case development and closing skills.

• Leadership in managing sales cycles, negotiating and closing large, customized deals.
