I am looking for a unique blend of designer, business analyst and programmer. Specific application language skills are less important than the ability to see the whole picture and envision a solution. Much of the work will be visionary and configuration vs. programming. If you are a "heads-down" left-brain programmer type please do not waste our mutual time by applying. I need people who can work alone, without a requirements document, little-to-no direction and can DELIVER. You will be working with new technologies and searching for new solutions to address challenges constantly.

Projects will be fresh, varied and timelines to production measured in days/weeks vs. months. Requires good business sense, process optimization insight and the ability to quickly extract the core thread through interview/observation with all levels and personality types. Must be "take-charge", comfortable interacting with clients, self-starter and have excellent English skills.
YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH AND ABLE TO TRAVEL. Home weekends, mostly domestic, work from home the rest of the time. Travel in the neighborhood of 75%. Prefer Atlanta area candidates. Must be able to start in 1 week. Solid company, 20 years in business, 24,000 employees worldwide.
