Looking for an expert Drupal 6 developer

Astrology.com, the world's premiere site for online astrology and divination, is looking for short-term, potentially full-time help developing modules for Drupal 6.

We are located in downtown San Francisco. Candidates must be available to meet on-site on a regular basis, but much of the work can be done off-site (telecommuting).

Required qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency with Drupal 6 and module development.
- Proficiency with Subversion and working within a team development environment.
- Fast-moving, self-motivated.
- Pro-actively communicative when things aren't going as expected.

As part of your cover letter, please answer this question:

How would you enable the ability to define a new customized Content Type in code, which can be version controlled, rather than using something stored in the database (like the CCK)? Would you use a module for this? If so, which one?
