Current clients operate in the wireless applications, digital entertainment, web 2.0, mobile technologies, advertising and marketing, mobile content, social networking, video game, film, non-profit, and new media markets. Previous client relationships include some of the world's largest brands and organizations, such as SONY, Playboy, Omnicom Group and the Smithsonian Institution.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate mid level marketing manager with 3-5 plus years of experience in mobile content, applications, Web 2.0 and social media to work with our VSC PR and marketing family and our newly launched AppLaunchPR division.
Projects will range from:
* Press release strategy / tactics and conducting media outreach
* Campaign development and goal setting
* Affiliate marketing program development and implementation
* Social Media outreach strategy and deployment
* Creative development (viral videos, promo content)
* Strategic marketing (the creation and execution of marketing plans)
* SEO optimization
* Focus groups / product feedback sessions
* Proposal writing
* Media pitching and app review outreach
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Experience working with, developing or marketing mobile applications
* Experience implementing both B2B and B2C plans
* Familiarity with mobile and digital content
* Experience working with mobile platforms (such as iPhone, Symbian, RIM, Windows Mobile, J2ME, Android)
* Understanding of search engine opitmization and tagging sites
* Some graphic design experience (agency and marketing a plus)
* Be familiar with social media, blogs and online communities (understand how to integrate web widgets, blogging and twitter)
* Creative thinker
* Organization and project management skills
* Experience managing clients directly
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* A self-starter and reliable
* Experience working in a start up environment
* Comfort working under tight deadlines and with quick turn around
