Home Performance Pro, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Flash Developer to build a simple report viewer for its software product. This is a one time contract position, with opportunities for future work likely.
Project specifications
This project involves little to no graphic design or layout work. Existing design work will be imported to create report pages. This project revolves entirely around building a simple Flash client with the following basic specifications:- Report is laid out in discrete pages, viewable one at a time.
- Data is received from an existing remote server using AMF and is used to populate fields in the report.
- Users can navigate between pages.
- Users can print the content of all the pages with one click.
- Must use object-oriented programming with an emphasis on building a solid framework for future additions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional Flash experience
- Expert knowledge of Actionscript 3.0 and OOP concepts
- Expert knowledge of Flash Remoting services and AMF
- Experience with printing in Flash a plus
- Compensation: Negotiable
- Telecommuting is ok.
