Whom We Need
We need a savvy, entrepreneurial web marketing person who can think “outside of the proverbial box”. The individual needs to have a canny ability to market our music across various distribution channels by means of many different forms of promotions, and in the process targeting different consumer market segments. This can include regular newsletters to opt-in consumers, corporate cross promotions, premium product licensing, viral marketing campaigns or affiliate marketing programs, just to mention a few. You will need to compile a detailed marketing plan, define the resources needed and convincingly demonstrate how the plan will increase sales significantly.
You can be located anywhere in the world, working whenever great intuition hits you - we are completely success driven. Music industry experience might be a plus, but then again, it could be a handicap, too. More importantly, you need to have creative mind to overcome the challenges in a declining market and adverse economy.
Our intention is for an individual to earn $75,000 to $150,000 for each increase in revenue of $1,000,000. With no fixed salary, the significant success participation fee is based on incremental sales over our current revenue base (we have complete transparency in our current revenue streams allowing any incremental marketing effort to be clearly identified.)
When taking on this assignment, you need to be in a financial position to not immediately depend on income. Implementation of marketing campaigns does take time, and whereas the rewards can be significant the timespan to obtain them can be too.

We do not need web programmers, spam meisters, or very technically oriented people. This is clearly a more creative task in marketing our intellectual property. If web work is needed, we have a webmaster in place who can tweak the site and adjust to your marketing needs/campaign.

We own 5,000 songs and have access to another 15,000 songs. Our repertoire is currently sold in form of downloads on itune, Napster, and Musicnet (the physical CD format is not manufactured anymore although we could do so if circumstances warrant it).
Our music is heard on more than 500 radio stations across the country, and our acts are performing live in many different venues. We have feeder campaigns on Facebook and MySpace. Our repertoire was awarded multiple Gold Records.
We have provided our content for ad and marketing campaigns to such companies like Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Club Med, NASA or Bose, to mention a few. Our music was used in movies like JFK, or was part of incentive marketing programs for vineyards such as Franciscan Vineyard.
Our operations go back fifty years and include manufacturing plants – CD/CD ROM, DVD, vinyl -, distribution world-wide, publishing, label functions and shipment fulfillment centers. We are privately held, conservatively managed, and very progressively marketed.
