Moonlighting Software Developer (Your home office)

Desire an under-employed Software Developer who will DEVELOP software and be responsible for systems design, development, implementation and ongoing operations. You are currently employed and are willing to moonlight and work for EQUITY until revenue or funding is available.

The Software Development Manager / Lead Technical Architect will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Develop product code and company website, provide capacity planning and system performance improvement solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and CTO role on management team.
• Scoping the effort for integration, new development or system enhancements on new products.
• Prepare and review architecture and specification documentation.
• Maintain close relationship with all project and product stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:
• 10+ years IT industry experience with extensive, proven knowledge in system architecture, design and development.
• 10+ years hands on experience in software product development using Microsoft development tools including .NET.
• Application Development, SaaS, Database conversion, migration, and integration experience
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Highly skilled in the following web technologies: ASP.NET, XML, SaaS, Cloud Computing
• Highly skilled in the following languages: .NET, C#, C++, ASP, Visual Basic.
• Highly skilled in Oracle to SQL Server conversion and relational data modeling.
• Highly skilled in object oriented development: COM, COM+.
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal listening, and communication skills. •
• Location: San Diego – Home Office
• Compensation: Company Equity + Management Position
