Research Associate Position

Work from home & supplement your income by updating information pertaining to Commercial Real Estate properties throught DFW. The position includes collecting information on lease rental rates, occupancy levels and selling price information on retail, office & industrial buildings, from Commercial Real Estate Brokers, individual leasing agents, and owners. Internet access is required, preferably high speed, along with the ability to make long distance phone calls. The ideal candidate should have a very outgoing personality, with the ability to communicate with people who might be reluctant to give information. This postition is also very detail oriented, so being able to focus on certain criteria is imperative. Also the ability to research for phone #â€™s is crucial.
This is not a selling position, just information gathering. Experience with Commercial Real Estate is preferable, but not required. Training will be held at our office in Addison.

ï‚· Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex
ï‚· Compensation: $.75 - $2.00 per completed record
ï‚· This is a part-time job, would need to spend at least 20 hrs a week, preferably during the day to make calls to brokers, agents & owners.
ï‚· This is a contract job and individual will work from home.
