PR Specialist (remote contract position)

Eveo is a leading provider of rich media communication solutions focused on the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Equipment industries. Much of our work is a combination of video, motion graphics, and 3D animation resulting in elegant, high-end programs that deliver on our clients key messages to both physicians and patients.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual with extensive PR experience servicing healthcare and/or interactive agencies. The PR Specialists role is to collaborate with Marketing to build Eveo's name and recognition within the healthcare and interactive marketing industries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Develop and implement public relations plan for the company's products and capabilities, primarily for the healthcare and creative services markets
* Grow and maintain relationships with target journalists and industry publications covering healthcare and interactive marketing
* Scout and deliver engaging PR placement opportunities including media interviews
* Establish and grow Eveo's presence within the healthcare marketing industry, specifically in industry rankings
* Write and/or edit press releases and web copy
* Assist with marketing and web initiatives as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 5+ years of PR experience
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare and interactive/creative services agencies
* Excellent interpersonal, written and communications skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, detail oriented

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Communications or related field
