Kaibell Group Inc. (www.kaibell.com) is seeking part-time online English tutors for its remote ESL students. The teaching sessions will mostly be conducted online from each tutor's home through the Internet, with flexible working hours. Each tutor will have two types of sessions: one-on-one and virtual/online classroom. The candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Must be native speakers of American English;
- Must EITHER have a bachelor's degree (or above) OR be the current students from Harvard, MIT or other national top 25 universities;
- Must own a computer, a high-quality webcam, and a stable Internet connection for the entire engagement with the company;
- Must be patient, friendly, and passionate;
- Must be reliable with high sense of responsibility;
- Must be U.S. citizens.

Tutors are expected to design lesson plans and supplemental materials based on certain textbooks. For the supplemental teaching materials, tutors mostly design everyday American life scenarios to be used as conversational English. Tutors may choose their own textbooks and get approved by Kaibell, but in most cases, we make recommendations on textbooks. Each tutor will focus on one or more of the following teaching subjects: Children's English, General English, Career English (business work experience required), Business English (business work experience required), TOEFL Test Prep, SAT Test Prep, or IELTS Test Prep(http://www.ielts.org/).

This is a contractual position from a U.S. based company. The pay rates are: for the one-on-one sessions - $13 to $15 per hour, for classroom sessions - $15 to $20 per hour, all depending on the types of contents being taught. The paychecks will be mailed to each tutor's home address. If you are interested, please email your RESUME along with the following items to kaibellhr@gmail.com: (1) your headshot (required); (2) your preferred teaching subjects from the list above (required); (3) your preferred textbooks or teaching materials (optional); (4) your previous SAT scores (optional, only if you are interested in teaching SAT); (5) your general availability (required). Applications without any of the required items (along with resume) will not be considered.
