Hello,

I am an Independent Broker looking to sponsor Independent Minded Real Estate Agents to WORK FROM HOME with the following terms and qualities:

-Can show evidence that they have passed the state salesperson's test
-Can work indpendently
-Posseses a high level of integrity
-Can pride themselves as being trustworthy and honest
-Reliable
-Professional Appearance
-Is the type of person to ALWAYS be early
-Can work with no supervision
-Has high standards for customer service
-Values diversity and is respectful of various customer backgrounds and situations
-Is organized and has good time management skills
-Has the ability to work from home (computer, phone, fax machine, scanner)
-Must have a cell phone, preferably a blackberry or a phone which allows you to check your email

I am offering a VERY HIGH SPLIT for the right candidates and am only looking for less than a handful of agents.
