Looking for experienced Flex/Flash developer for short-term project (Telecommute)

I have a short-term project that requires an experienced Flex/Flash developer to put together a web-based authoring environment that allows end users to create online presentations by dragging and dropping text and image objects onto a canvas, assigning properties to these objects, and allowing them to be run as a full screen presentation (either in a web browser or within an AIR application).

If you have the skills necessary to create the above infrastructure, and your rates are reasonable (in today's economy, cost is a major issue for us), then please drop us a line and send us links to sample work you've put together in Flex/Flash. Because cost is a primary concern, we have no problem having developers from around the world bid on this project. Please remember to include your hourly rate in the response. We anticipate that the duration of this project will be 2-3 months.
