Our boutique executive recruiting firm in the healthcare field is seeking someone who wants to build a consistent, annual six-figure income, with time and location freedom. If you can answer "YES" to all of the following questions, we want to talk to you:

1. Do you have experiences & accomplishments that demonstrate your ability to work independently, in a systematic, honest and ethical manner?
2. Are you an adept communicator and a quick study who can effectively manage multiple projects at the same time?
3. Do you currently own an Apple computer, have worked on a Mac or will be up-to-speed on the Mac OSX system in a short period of time?
4. Are you fully capable of handling, or willing to learn and are comfortable with the latest communication and Internet technologies?

Expertise in executive-level recruiting or the healthcare industry is not required, but would be an asset. Here is a brief overview of the recruitment process:
Find the right person as quickly as possible for the client's vacant position. Others might argue there's more to it (and there is a bit more), but this is essentially what you would get paid for.

There are two primary activities that yield success - recruiting and account development. Recruiting involves:

> Lots of research to find likely suspects, then using targeted and discreet direct marketing plans to contact them.

> Expect a lot of cold calling to very busy people to talk about working somewhere else.

Account prospecting involves:

> Identifying potential clients and selling them on the idea that it is worth spending money to find the right person quickly to fill their vacancy.

At a minimum, 80% of your time will be on the phone. It can be grueling, intimidating work that can sometimes occur after normal business hours. Rejection and disappointment are the norm. However, it can also be very satisfying and very lucrative work.
