Marketing and Business Development Consultant (Davis Square, Somerville)

Seeking part-time to full-time help developing business plans and marketing pitches for an emerging energy and sensing technology being developed by an early-stage startup company.

This individual will develop a deep understanding of the technology and its capabilities, explore potential markets, competitive technology, and customer needs. Will need to rapidly identify, develop and evaluate business pitches that include market trends/insights, financial analysis and strategic considerations and help present to management, investors and potential customers.

Seeking candidates with MBA and/or science and engineering backgrounds. Experience with business development, marketing and early-stage startups is strongly desired. Technical background with good understanding of wireless networks (non-cellular) is preferred. Strong analysis, communication and presentation skills are critical.
