Clinical Account Executive (Telecommute w/50% travel)

Curaspan Health Group, a leader in producing for hospitals, post-acute facilities and their suppliers software as a service (SaaS) that dramatically cuts down on the time and paperwork involved in managing the patient-discharge process, is looking for experienced and dynamic candidates for the role of Clinical Account Executive.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for clients, including but not limited to, health systems and hospitals and their post-acute care providers. The Clinical Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with Curaspan clients, while identifying opportunities that maximize utilization and outcomes. This includes:
•Providing clinically focused oversight for the implementation, adoption, application and success of Curapsan products, which include its flagship product eDischarge™, a powerful software application for discharge planning.
•Building effective relationships with clients so that they recommend Curaspan to other healthcare organizations, while experiencing the significant clinical and financial outcomes associated with ongoing product use.
Requirements for this position include:
•Active licensure as RN or social worker with a minimum of five years experience in discharge planning and/or case management within the past 10 years. At least three of those years should be experience in a hospital or health care system.
•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a degree in Health Sciences or a related course of study. A Master’s degree is preferred. (Note: Individuals holding a license as a registered nurse must also have, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree. The degree may be either in conjunction with the registered-nurse education such as a BSN or another degree in a health sciences field.)
•Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, project management and data/information management
•Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable customer service and product development plans, with a strong focus on commitments and deadlines.
•Demonstrated skill in the use of workflow/flowchart tools, Microsoft Office and software programs applicable to the healthcare industry is required.
•A strong background in hospital and hospital systems relationships, operations, and account management is important.
•This position may require overnight travel of approximately 50% but this will vary depending on client needs.
